Oero Dessert

Oero Dessert.

While i made this cake last night from a recipe found on Chef Large by Ekta on Facebook. But i failed , this cake did not turn out well. I was very upset. Could not sleep and  i was thinking what do i do. But i said in the morning i will do something :-) I woke in the morning i packed this oero cake,some sugar confectioneries, rice cripes, dried cranberry and cherry. I also packed 3 glasses and wanted to make for my team at work.
So here is the recipe.

Ingredients

Oero Cake - 1 (or any other cake you like , you can also pick up any cake from the store)
Sugar confectioneries
Rice Cripes
Dried Cranberries
Vanilla Ice Cream
Cherry
Mint Chocolate
Glass

Method :

1. Cut the cake into small pieces of crumble it. Keep this aside
2. Take a glass and and then add the the pieces or crumble cake ( now this depends on the glass you have taken). I have used a small glass and have put 5-6 small pieces of cake and made two layers.
3. Top it up with 1 scoop of ice cream
4. Then put some confectioners
5. Again top it with cake and another scoop of ice cream
6. Lastly dress it up with some dry cranberries (you can use some dry fruits also if you like) and in the center just add one cherry to make it look nice and colorful.

Dinner or Breakfast :-) Just light and Yum




Ingredients
Butter 2tbsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Red chilli flakes 1tsp
salt as per taste
Eggs white - 4 nos
Cheese - 2 cubes
Olive - 1tbsp
Jalapenos 1tbsp
Milk 15 ml
Onion

Method :

First Preheat your oven to 350 C or 170 F

1. Melt the bowl and keep it aside
2. In a other bowl add egg , milk, pepper, chilli flakes, Oregano, salt and beat well
3. Add the above to the melted butter
4. Cut the onion really fine and just drop it
5. Now add one layer of cheese and then add olives and Jalapenos
6. Again add another layer of cheese

Now bake this for 25 mins. Keep a watch on this.

Dont forget to add a tinch of love :-) Taste better with this

Peanut Banana Cup Cakes :-) Just Yummy need to think about the waist line while you have this


Ingredients 

Banana 2 
Honey 1/4 cup
Brown sugar 1/4 cup  
Yogrut 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Milk 1/3
Peanut Butter 1/2 cup 
Vanilla extract 2 tsp 
Wheat flour 1 3/4 cup 
                                     Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp  
                                     Baking powder 1 tsp
                                     Baking soda 1 tsp    
                                     Salt 1/4 tsp       
                                     Chocolate Chips 1/3 cup
                                     Peanut 1/44 cup (melted)    
                                    


Method

1. Preheat the oven to 220 C
2. Keep 12 muffin liners ready 
3. Remove peel the banana peel 
4. In a bowl add the peeled banana and mash using a fork. Followed by honey, brown sugar, yogurt, milk, egg and whisk. Whisk until combined
5. Whisk in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth and thick. Keep this aside
6. Sieve the flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder and baking soda and keep aside  
7. In a another bowl add the dry ingredients and chocolate chips 
8. Now pour the wet ingredients into dry and lightly whisk   
9. Dont over stir the muffin batter as it could have a tough texture 
10. Using a cookie scoop, fill the muffin liner between 3/4 and all the way full
11. Bake on the center rack for 5 mins on 220 c and the reduce the temperature to 160 and back for another 12 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the center comes clean

Drizzle some peanut butter

Red Velvet Cookies














Orange Peach Smoothie


Ingredients

Peach - 2 Nos
Orange - 1 No
Honey - 2 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Ice

Method
1. Cut peach and add to the blender
2. Then remove the pulp and add this too
3. Then finally add Yogurt, honey and ice and blend on high for 2 mins.

You can also cut some peach and add on top for decorating or cut a slice of orange and slide it on the glass. Enjoy :-) Happy Drinking. 

Moong Dhal Soup

Recipe

Moon Dhal  - 1 cup
Tomato - 2 nos
1/2 Jeera
1/2 Garlic

Method :
1. Boil the dhal along with the tomato
2. Let it cool down and grind
3. In a Kadai now add Jeera and garlic and then the dhal. Add salt

For spice your choose to have black pepper or grind green chilies and with Garlic

Carrot Methi Sabji

Ingredients
Carrot - 500 gms
Garlic - 6-7 flakes
Tomato – 2 nos
Green chilli – 3 nos
Methi – fresh 1 bunch
Oil – 2 tsp
Dhania powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric – a pinch  
Salt – as per taste
Method:
1.       Dice the carrot and keep aside
2.       Cut the methi  and wash well and keep aside
3.       Now in a cooker add oil then add garlic flakes wait until golden brown, add the carrot, green chili and mix well for 10 minutes. The garlic and carrot should mix well.
4.       Now add methi and mix all together for another 5 mins
5.       Add tomato, dhana powder, turmeric powder and salt. Little bit of water to be added
6.       Close the cookery lid and pressure cook ( 5 whistles), check the sabji incase there is excess water put it on small fame and let the water dry.
This can be eaten with rotis J
