Pear Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients

Pear 2
Oats 1/4 cup
Milk 3/4 cup
Cinnamon Powder 1/2 tsp
Nug meg Powder  a pinch
Ice
Honey / Sugar (Optional)




Method

1. In a blender put all the ingredients and blend until smooth
2. Garnish with cinnamon powder and serve
