It sometimes boring if we eat the same thing time and over again. I ensure that i have an apple every day. Like the old saying goes "An apple a day keeps the doctor away". When i woke up today i thought of this. Do try this recipe very simple and easy and just ready in less than 2 mins
Ingredients
Apple 1
Peanut butter 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Dry Cranberries 8-10
Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
Sunflower seeds 1/2 tsp
Almond 3
1. Cut the apple cross wise into 1/2 inch tick. You would need 3 slices ( like in the picture)
2.Spread the lst slice with peanut butter and sesame seeds
3. Spread the next slice with peanut butter honey and sprinkle with dry cranberry and almonds
4. Spread the 3rd slice with peanut butter and sprinkle sunflower seeds
5. Place the apple slices one on top of other pressing down gently to make a sandwich
6. Transfer to napkin or plate and serve
You can add more peanut and honey if required
