Healthy Truffle

Ingredients

Dates 1 cup
Almond 1/2 cup
Cashew 1/2 cup
Coco powder 1/4 cup (unsweetened)
Optional for rolling coco powder, crushed nuts, shredded coconut etc

Method :

1. Grind the Dates, Almond and Cashew separately. Ensure the nuts have some coarse pieces
2. In a bowl add the Coco Powder and nuts . Now mix well. Then add the dates.
3. Mix well (use your hand here to mix well) until you made a big ball
4. Once your dough is done, roll to smaller balls with the help your hands
5. If you are rolling coco powder, coconut etc spread the rolling ingredients in a plate and roll the moist ball around to fully cover.

Store the bites upto 10 days.
