The weight loss soup

The weight loss soup. This really is good. And you have it any part of the day. Its very filling and healthy.

It just take 15 mins to make this soup

Ingredients

Onion 2
Tomato 3 - 4
Capsicum 2
Cabbage 1/2
Garlic 3-4
Water
Coriander or Celery ( I always you celery its the best for weight loss)

Celery is a great choice if you are watching your weight. One large stalk contains only 10 calories! So, add celery to your shopping list and enjoy it in your salads, soups and stir-fries.

Method : 
1. Pressure cook all the vegetables together. Say about 3-4 whistles 
2. Let is cool and then add to the blender and blend   
3. Add water keeping in the mind the consistency you want. Then add salt and mix 
4. Finally i garnish with organic and black pepper 

I have it with some salad. Please don't have any carbs like bread, roti ect along with this soup
