Healthy Mint Pasta

Before i write this recipe, i would like to tell you that i had very minimal stuff at home. I said to myself out of nothing i will make something and yummy too. In a pasta no garlic, cheese, pesto sauce. How can i make it :-) That too no cheese, cream will it taste good :-)
Trust me without all these stuff it tasty good and yummy. It never look i missed any ingredient. With the potato it makes it creamy :-)

Ingredients

Pasta 1 cup
Yellow bell pepper 1/2
Red bell pepper 1/2
Onion 1/2
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Chilli Flakes 1tsp
Oregano 1 1/2 tsp
Milk 3-4 tbsp
Olives - 5-6
Jalapenos 3-4
Salt for taste

For grinding
Mint 1/2 cup
Basil leave 4-5
Onion 1/2
Potato 1 small

1. Boil the pasta with salt and keep aside (Dont over cook it)
2. Grind the ingredients giving under grinding
3. Take a pan add oil then chilli flakes and oregano, (keep the gas on a low flame), then add the onion and mix well, let the onion color turn pink
4. Later add the bell pepper and mix
5. Now add the mint dressing and leave it on a low flame for a few mins, then add the milk
6. Once you have mixed well add the pasta, olives and Jalapenos. Keep it on a low flame for about 5-8 mins. Once its done you can sprinkle some chilli flakes and oregano.

If you are not looking for a healthy version you can add or sprinkle cheese on top :-)

A tinch of love is a must in this recipe :-) This has helped me to make the recipe perfect.
