Soya Dosa

Ingredients

Soya flour 1/2 cup
Oats flour 1 tbsp
Rava 1tbsp
Wheat flour 1tbsp
Onion 1/2
Green Chilies 2-3
Salt to taste
Water as required

1. Mix all the flour together in a bowl
2. Then cut the onion to fine and chilies too, after you have cut it add it to the flour
3. Add salt as you require
4. Finally you add water, here you need to be careful, add little by little. Here i used my hands to mix up the flour. I do this so that there are no lumps.
5. Once you mixed it keep it aside for 30 mins
6. You can now pour your dosa on the pan.




You can enjoy this dosa with any of your favorite chutney. Over the weekend to accompany the dosa i made tomato garlic chutney it was yum.





Tips :
1. If you don't have soya and oats flour, don't worry. All you need to do it grind them to a fin powder and then use this for the dosa.
