Garnola Bars

Ingredients

Oats 1/2 cup
Dates 6-7
Almond 10 - 12                                          
Sunflower seeds 1tbsp
Sesame seeds 1tsp
Nug meg powder a pinch
Peanut Butter  2 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp

Method

1. Roast the oats on a low flame on the gas until it get brown, keeping mixing so that it doesn't get burnt. Oats are roasted really quick, ensure you have a watch on them
2. Grind the dates in a blender for a min (do remove the seeds)
3. Now in a bowl add oats, dates, sunflower seeds, Sesame seeds and nut meg powder. keep this aside
4. Then in a bowl add peanut butter and honey and put in micro oven only for 30 sec
5. Add the peanut butter and honey to the above mixture and mix well
6. Now you need to spread this mixture on a plate or tin, then keep it aside for 15 to 20 mins until it sets
7. Finally cut them in the shape you want and enjoy.
