Yummilicious & simple breakfast - Chia with Milk

Ingredients

Chia 1/3 cup
Milk 1 1/2 cup
Honey 2 tsp (if you want it sweetener you add more)

Toppings
1. Nuts (Almond and Walnut)
2. Apple






Method 1

1. Add chia seeds, milk and honey in a bottle
2. Shake it well and store in the fridge for an hour
3. After an hour shake it again and leave it over in the fridge
4. In the morning shake it well and top it up with some fruits and dry fruits. If you need more honey you can add

Method 2
(Incase you have forgotten to do this in the night, its ok don't worry here is another method)

1. Soak the Chia seeds in a bowl for 5 minutes, they will expand
2. Drain out the water and keep the chia seeds separately
3. Now add milk, chia seeds, milk and honey in a glass or bottle
4. Keep it in fridge to chill, you will enjoy this cold

Simple right :-) It filling too :-)
