While we have oats in mind most of us don't like it and we eat it as its healthy but not taste. Who says oats cant be tasty. Here is some yummy cup cakes that you can have any time of the day which is tasty.
Ingredients
Rolled Oats 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour 1/2
Honey 2 Tbsp
Butter 2 Tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Banana 2 (1 mashed and 1 cut into pieces)
a pinch of salt
Cinnamon to taste
1/2 cup milk
Almond Crushed into small pieces or cut into small pieces
Method
1. Pre heat oven to 170 C
2. Heat the butter and honey in micro over for a few seconds, you can use a pan too
3. Mix the dry ingredients really well
4.Add the melted butter, honey and smashed banana to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined
5. Finally add the banana pieces. Fill a grease and lines the cup cake tin with this batter. You can decorate it as you like i have put a Almond piece on my cup cakes. You can choose to add some choco chips or any other dry fruits
6. Bake for 15 mins.
Insert a tooth pick for checking if the same has been done.
In this recipe i have not add the cut pieces banana as i am on diet and i have been eating some healthy stuff for some time. Instead of the cut banana i have added crushed Almond. You can also add any other dry fruit of your choice.
Tip :
1. You can mash the banana and put in micro oven as this will become more sweeter
2. If you want it sweeter add a little more honey or instead of honey use sugar
You can add few drops of Honey or some chocolate sauce (if you are not health conscious) before you eat. This is very filling and can be stored for a few days :-)
Enjoy
Dont forget to add a tinch of love :-)
