Healthy Eggs for dinner 


Ingredients

Eggs : 4 (whites)
Tomato : 1
Red Bell pepper 1
Cheese 2 cubes ( i used Amul)
Olives 5-6
Spinach 5-6 leaves
Oregano 1tsp
Red Chilli flakes 1tsp
Black peper 1tsp
Salt to taste

Method :

Preheat the oven to 180 C

1. Break the egg whites in a bowl and whisk it well
2. Wash the spinach the 3-4 times and drain out the water and chop it really fine
3. Then add spinach, tomato, red pepper, oregano, red chilli flakes, black pepper , half of the cheese and salt. Mix well with a fork.
4. Pour the mixture into a cup cake or brownie tray add the olives on top
5. I bake this on 180 C for 10 ten minutes and then on 220 C for 5 and again 180 C for 5
6. Insert a toothpick and check if the same is made
7. Add the remaining Cheese on top and enjoy with your favorite sauce
