Ingredients
Wheat flour 1/2 cup
Methi 1/4 cup
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric powered (i just put a tinch for color or you can use 1/4 tsp)
Oil
Salt as per taste
water
Method :
1. Wash and cut the methi really well
2. In bowl combine wheat flour, methi, chilli powder, turmeric and salt
3. Kneed the dough using water frequently until it becomes soft and finally add some oil
4. Divide the dough into equal portions
5. Roll out the portion (depending on the size you want)
6. Preheat the oven to 180 C and bake for 10 - 15 mins or till the puri is brown
