Spinach Tofu Paratha

Ingredients

Spinach 1 small bunch
Tofu 1/2 cup
Green chillies 5-6
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt
Flour 1 cup
Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Method

1. Cut the spinach and wash thoroughly with water for 5-6 times
2. Take vessel add water and then add the spinach leaves to it
3. Blanch for 5-10 mins
6. Drain out the water and blend the spinach with green chillies in a mixer
7. Now in a bowl add the flour and spinach also add the salt , turmeric and kneed the dove slowly. Dont add water. If the dough is hard then you can add little water to soften the dough
8. Crumble the tofu and keep aside. To the tofu add salt and red chilli powder
9. Now make small balls from the spinach dough, keep the dry flour and roll like a paratha
10. Stuff the tofu mixture in the rolled paratha, gently pat it and roll it again. Roll it gently
11. Now add few drops of oil on the tava and roast the paratha on it. Roast until it turns to golden brown on both sides.

Enjoy with pickle or curds or papad
