Cucumber chips

I slept really late on Saturday as you know i was busy with my chocolate making. So i thougth that i will keep my lunch simple on sunday but at same time healthy and tasty. So i decided to make oats, rasam. When i thought only oats and rasam ??? no there has to be something crunchy to go with it. I was so tempted to call the grocery store and order for chips or vegs. But later i found i had cucumber in my fridge. So i made them. It was crispy, crunchy and yum.

Ingredients

Cucumber 2
Haldi a tinch
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Mango powder 1/4 tsp
Dhania powder 1/4 tsp

Method

1. Wash the cucumber and then cut the edges
2. Now you need to cut them in round shape with a size of 3 m
3. In a bowl add the cucumber and mix with masala
4. Pre heat your over to 170 C
5. In the low rack place a butter paper and place the cucumber on it



Before Baking

6. You need to bake them for 45 mins - 50 mins
7. Do keep a watch in between, you can remove earlier if the color has turned brown or become crunchy
