Bottle Gourd Soup

Ingredients

Bottle gourd 1/2
Onion 1 big
Tomato 1 big
Yellow moog  dhal 1tbsp
Garlic 5-6
Ginger 1tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Dhania powder  1/2 tsp
Salt
Cream (Optional)



Method

1. In a cooker add two glasses of wate, bottle gourd, ginger, garlic, yellow moong dhal, black pepper (1/2 tsp) and pressure cook for 2 whistle
2. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid
3. Let it cool
4. Blend till smooth
5. Now in the same cooker add the blended mixture bring it to boil and add garam masala, dhania powder, remaining black pepper and salt
6. Serve hot garnished, you can add cream if you want
