The 2 Mins Breakfast i call it :-)

Oats

Ingredients

Oats - 1 Pack Masala oats packet
Water  - 2 cups
Coconut - 4-5 pieces cut really fine

Method 1

1. Boil 2 cups of water
2. Then add the oats and mix well, don't leave on the gas as it might get lumpy
3. Stir fry the coconut until the color turns brown



Serve the oats on the plate and add this coconut in the center, like in the picture below.

Method 2
The masala oats already has some vegs but if you want you can add some. SO what i do is add some oil and then some onion fry it and then add boiled carrot, beans, tomato and then add water boil it then add the oats. This also tastes good.

I have added some Tabasco sauce to give a spicy tinch.
