Chick Peas salad

Chick peas Salad

Ingredients

Chick peas 1/2 cup
Tomato 1 (without the seeds)
Spring onion or onion  2tsp
Cucumber 1
Garted mango 1tsp
Tofu or Panner  5-6 pieces (if required)
Lime - 1/2

For Grinding
Mint 8- 10 leaves
Coriander 8- 10 leaves
Green chilies 2
3 tsp curd
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Method
1. Soak the chick peas over night
2. In the morning boil the chick peas and drain out the water
3. Cut all the above vegs ( Tomato, spring onion or onion, cucumber, mago)
4. Grind the above which is mentioned under grinding and keep aside
5. Now add the chick peas, the vegs and the masala
6. Squeeze the lime as required.
7. Taste it if required you can add some salt n pepper.
